Dexamethasone is a syn thetic glucocorticoid, which is being 25-30 times as potent as Hydrocortisone, it has no significant action on the electrolyte balance, it is used in all conditions that requires treatment with anti-inflammatory, immunosuppress-ant therapy, especially where high dosage is recommended for initiating short-term intensive therapy.
Acetonemia, Shock, Stress conditions, poisoning, Eczema, Arthritis, Dermatitis, in cows, horses, sheeps, dogs, cats.

Cows, horses: 5-10 ml
Sheep, goats : 2 ml
