An antipyretic and immunosuppressive preparation. It is recommended to be used in cases of stress, extreme heat, after immunization, and in cases of infection with infectious and viral germs. It helps to improve production, increase the conversion rate, facilitate the absorption of nutrients, activate the metabolism process and build body tissues in poultry, sheep, goats and cows.
Allergy to one of the ingredients of the preparation.
Not given to cats
Vitamin C affects aminoglycosides (gentamicin – erythromycin), as it reduces their effectiveness in treating urinary tract infections (they need an alkaline medium for their work).
Paracetamol combined with other analgesics may cause renal damage
It should not be given in combination with NSAIDs
Paracetamol is well tolerated in dogs at recommended doses, however higher doses have caused hepatotoxicity. It causes severe toxicity in cats due to their inability to excrete metabolites (acetaminophen depends on conjugation with glutathione for excretion and deficiency in glutathione can lead to toxicity). Clinical signs of toxicity include methemoglobinemia, acute hepatotoxicity, swelling of the paws, and Heinz’s anemia of the body.
As for the rest of the animals, there are no studies on its effect other than being an analgesic
Usage: Orally after dissolving it with drinking water.
Dosages and duration of use:
Poultry: 200 g per 100 liters of drinking water for 3-4 days.
Sheep, goats and cattle: 25 g per 50 kg body weight in drinking water for 3-4 consecutive days.
